Eric Douglas

Eric Douglas is LRI's principal consultant with expertise in strategic planning, leadership development and change management.

Eric Douglas is the founder of Leading Resources, an internationally known consulting firm whose clients include HSBC Bank, Dupont, CalPERS, CalSTRS, and the University of California, among others. Eric is an expert in strategic innovation, change management, and leadership development.

Eric has authored two books. The first is Straight Talk: Turning Communication Upside Down for Strategic Results. The book, a main selection of the Executive Book Club, offers a powerful approach to communication, decision making and leadership. His newest book is titled Leading at Light Speed.

Robert Emerson

Robert Emerson ("Emerson") is a senior consultant specializing in organizational change management, leadership coaching, and team development. He has designed and implemented change management strategies that align people with large organizational redesign and re-engineering efforts.

He also coaches leaders to develop their skills and behavior so that they further the organization's core values, vision, and goals.

Marcia Tennyson

Marcia Tennyson is a senior consultant with LRI, specializing in organizational development, performance improvement and team development.

Marcia has excellent project management skills and serves clients in a variety of capacities, including organizational assessments, business planning and team training.

Marcia has experience in applying her skills to a range of different business sectors, including healthcare, government and non-profits.

Ken Gregory

Ken Gregory is a senior consultant specializing in strategic planning. He has a combined 25 years experience in executive leadership positions and management consulting.

As a management consultant, Ken has developed plans for numerous startups and several large corporations, including the first strategic plan for Porsche Cars North America; and a business plan for a real estate data unit of TRW Information Services.

Ken is active in technology associations, and is a former national board member of AeA, the largest technology trade association in the U.S. He holds a B.S. degree (honors) from California Polytechnic State University, and a master's degree from Harvard University.

Robert Luco

Robert Luco is a senior consultant specializing in operational transformation and organizational change management programs required to maximize value from technological enablement. Bridging the gap between business and technology, his extensive experience encompasses strategic planning and realignment, process and operational redesign, workforce performance improvement and technological realignment and enablement.

Robert’s integrated approach to project and program management provides clients with realistic, bottom-line oriented road-maps and results. His portfolio of client experience is extensive, examples being large-scale enterprise resource planning (ERP) deployments, corporate restructuring and transformations, systems selections and vendor due diligence, and enterprise-wide change management programs focused on performance improvement.
