Angela Ridgway is an associate consultant with Leading Resources Inc. She has more than 17 years experience as a business process engineer, information technology consultant, and organization development consultant. Her technical experience provides the foundation to understand and bridge the gap between business and technical needs. She has designed and implemented sophisticated process improvement projects for public agencies and companies in the private sector.

Angela is skilled in developing processes and information solutions that meet and exceed customer requirements, reduce cycle time, and produce high quality results.

She is also highly competent in developing and analyzing employee surveys to gauge satisfaction of core values and working environment.
